    The department of Neurology with its ALS outpatient clinic at Diakonissenkrankenhaus Mannheim offers multidisciplinary care for patients with ALS and other motoneuron diseases in the region of Palatinate and Northern Baden. We cover the full range of diagnostics and provide feeding tube placement and non-invasive ventilation. Our clinical research focuses on epidemiology of ALS including analysis of different ALS phenotypes, and palliative care.
