The multidisciplinary MND team has been running since approximately 1995. All patients from the capital region of Denmark have been gathered since May 2017. We have 140 MND patients. The team comprises 4 neurologists, 1 neuropsychologist, 1 logopedic, 3 nurses, 1 fysiotherapist, 1 occupational therapist, 1 clinical dietician, and 1 social counsellor. We have a close cooperation with specialist in respiration and with other MND teams in Denmark.
Our biobank and associated clinical database has been under reconstruction and is new from 2018, but we have EDTA blood, spinal fluid and brains storage in the former biobank.
