The upcoming ENCALS meeting will be hosted in Stockholm, Sweden from June 17-20 2024. Satellite meetings will take place on Monday morning (June 17) and Thursday (June 20 – whole day).
The local host of the ENCALS meeting 2024 is dr. Caroline Ingre, on behalf of the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm.

Each ENCALS Centre is entitled to one free PhD registration. Please email his or her name, affiliation, email address and possible dietary requirements to info@encals.eu
STANDARD REGISTRATION FEE – ends on April 29, 2024, at 12 PM (CEST)
- (Post graduate) students – €160 / 1804 SEK
- Established researcher (including post docs) – €280 / 3156 SEK
- Industry – €1000 / 11266 SEK
- INARC member* – €50 / 566 SEK
LATE REGISTRATION FEE – starts on April 30, 2024, at 1 AM (CEST) and ends on May 31, 2024, at 5 PM (CEST) or earlier if we reach capacity
- (Post graduate) students – €260 / 2930 SEK
- Established researcher (including post docs) – €380 / 4282 SEK
- Industry – €1200 / 13520 SEK
- INARC member* – €60 / 679 SEK
*For registration as an INARC member, you need to upload the 2024 registration certificate. This certificate can be requested via inarc@tricals.org
If you are a member of a research team or a multidisciplinary clinical care team member, and you are not a student or an INARC member – then please register under the researcher category.
Please note that on-site registration will not be possible.
Registration includes:
- Participation at all ENCALS lectures and poster sessions
- Programme booklet
- Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Coffee/tea and something savoury during the breaks
- ENCALS gala diner** – sponsored by ENCALS
Please note that the gala diner is hosted in the Vasa Museum. Due to the preservation of the ancient ship that is displayed in the museum, there will be a constant room temperature of 18 degrees. So don’t forget to bring layers of clothing with you.
**As we have limited seats at the dinner we cannot guarantee tickets for accompanying persons. The tickets become available based on last minute cancellations from other attendees. So please send an email to Akademikonferens to be put on the waiting list, ENCALS2024@akademikonferens.se

Poster award for PhD students
All posters with a PhD student as first and presenting author will be reviewed by the members of the award committee for the PhD poster award. Therefore, all PhD students presenting a poster are requested to attend the PhD poster award session at the last day of the conference.
